There’s a comforting rhythm here, where kindness is part of the service and the pace allows for conversation to flow as naturally as the aromatic broth steeping in your bowl.
At Vietnam Bistro, food feels nurtured and vibrant without fuss. Whether it’s the deep, layered warmth of beef pho or the bright, crisp freshness of shrimp spring rolls, each bite carries a story of tradition and care. The offerings reveal themselves in layered flavors—spicy, savory, and just a touch of sweetness—that unfold gradually, encouraging you to linger over your meal and discover little details with every forkful.

Food is very good. But what I found ridiculous is the drinks prices. Come on $3.75 for a a lemonade in a basic-service restaurant. Advice: make the drink under $2, you are not fine dining to sell a soft-drink for that price. The Calamari was very good, the combo noodle dish (which I had there before ) is also very tasty and worth trying.

literally obsessed with Vietnam Bistro. Any time I feel sick or I’m just feeling emo i come here because it provides an atmosphere of healing. The staff is so kind and service is a 10/10 every time the B12 pho has saved my life on multiple occasions, and they always bring me extra toppings free of charge because they know I mean business. I can’t think of enough good things to say about this establishment, if you haven’t gotten pho here yet … THIS IS YOUR SIGN

Its a place that looks like a house converted into a restaurant. Place was actually packed but we still decided to dine in. Friendly staff, sat us and took our order right away. Got egg rolls, spring rolls, b14 (wonton noodle soup) and b26 (vermicelli with everything) Egg rolls are different than anywhere else I know, but they are delicious in their own way. Spring rolls are fresh, wife loved them. I love b14, I order extra noodle with mine and its very good. Kind of like ramen but not. B26 has lots of things going on, interesting combination. Overall, great food, great place to eat at.

Bun Bo Hue amazing, first time tried and love it, Spicy soup, egg rolls good, and lemonade tea, average price big portion of soup, everything was so delicious, but I think they make me waited for around 20 minutes or more for take out order, beside that good food. (PARKING LOT SO SMALL) YOU HAVE TO PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET. A small car will be a great for behind the restaurant parking lot, big truck definitely not recommended, especially if you gonna lunch around 6:00PM to 7:00PM parking lot was full about that time.

This Vietnamese restaurant delivers excellence on every level. The pho is exceptional—rich, aromatic broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and high-quality ingredients that clearly reflect authenticity and care. The wings are equally impressive: flavorful, crispy, and prepared to perfection, making them a standout addition to the menu. The service truly elevates the experience. The staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything arrives promptly while making guests feel genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and repeat visits. Consistently great food, outstanding service, and a well-rounded menu make this place a must-visit. Highly recommended.

The place is very clean and welcoming. The staff were so polite and kind. Their pho is good and looks appetizing. I got the Vermicelli Noodle Salad/ Spring Roll Bowl and it was delicious, fresh and big size for a good price, I recommend this place.

The staff is helpful and kind. The building is clean and inviting. Little disappointed they don’t do Bahn Mi, and the parking situation is a little strange. But I still gave it 5 stars.

First time coming here! Parking is a little weird to find but it works out. The build is small but homely. Walking in, we got seated and waters right away. The place is really awkwardly quiet. I think they would benefit from adding a TV or music just to add a more welcoming atmosphere. We ordered summer rolls (A1) Pho (B10) and B26. It was a bit of a wait. The summer rolls came out at the same time as our other food however they were our appetizers so we hoped to get it sooner (we were VERY hungry) . The food was warm, not hot, which was fine but I usually like my food steaming. The waiters didn't check up on us nor gave us refills for our waters (again fine, we are just picky) Overall, the food was very tasty and filled us well. We were shocked at our total cost and how cheap everything was. We are happy we came to eat here and would try it again.
